Vincent Milucci is a serial predator whose M.O. is to find women who have been divorced or have low self-esteem, and then start a relationship with them for the purposes of having that woman assume all financial responsibility for his well-being (including housing). He is a chronic liar who will use stories about his military service at first to garner sympathy, then later on to justify his inability to find work and his need for alcohol and cigarettes (used, according to him, to “help with his PTSD”). This will escalate until he is using subtle threats and outright intimidation to maintain his position in the woman’s home. While she is away working (a working woman is key to his M.O. – if she has money and is vulnerable, she is a likely target), Vincent will troll sites like Craigslist and several gay relationship sites to hook up with men in her home.

As far as we can figure, he served in the army for two 3-year terms. He claims he is a n Army Ranger and combat medic, and that he served several tours in Iraq. His first wife has confirmed that he has in fact never been overseas nor has he ever completed Ranger school. He did not rise above the rank of Private First Class.

He is still to this day married to someone despite starting several relationships. During Vincent Milucci’s last relationship, the woman got smart and figured out what he was about and got a TRO filed against him. He violated that TRO and went to jail for a brief time, and is currently living with one of his sisters in Winder, Georgia. He has been ordered by the court to pay for alcohol/drug rehab treatments as well as anger management/anti-abuse classes. He does not like to work and we suspect he will try to hook up with another woman to get her to pay for everything the court has ordered him to do.

He is unstable and should be avoided at all costs. NOTHING that comes out of this man’s mouth is to be believed.
