Jeff B. H. Khoo, currently in Guam but travels & moves frequently

Let me just say that when you marry a cheating husband you marry a cheating husband. In my case, Jeff cheated on his previous wife with me (of course initially I did not know he was married), he then cheated on me throughout our marriage and eventually left me and our three children for the secretary he had been cheating with most recently. He is marrying this mistress this summer (2011) however fidelity is impossible for him. Jeff is 54 yrs old, quite personable but he is a compulsive liar and a habitual cheater. He currently lives in Guam but travels frequently and moves around the U.S. and other countries due to his work as a government contractor. To his mistress and to all women I repeat – if you marry a cheating husband you marry a cheating husband. Period. Beware & be smaet, ladies!
