I by no means witnessed the infidelity but supplied the a letter outlining the suggestive activity to the plaintiff. Can I be dismissed for being biased or??? I want nothing to do with court drama. I desired to support this lady that is being totally screwed over by her husband but I don’t want to get dragged in to the court drama.

Nicely I would hope they would not use you as a witness to infidelity because you didn’t actually witness the infidelity. Circumstances of “suggestive activity” are not proof of infidelity.
